Our Cost Consultancy service provides independent commercial oversight from the earliest cost plan through to final account. As Quantity Surveyors, we prepare and manage budgets, advise on procurement, run the tender process and monitor financial risk.
Clients understand the cost implications of decisions before they are committed, allowing the project to remain commercially controlled without losing sight of its design priorities. During procurement and construction, we also act as Contract Administrators, administering the building contract, monitoring progress and quality, certifying payments and working alongside the project manager to ensure the works are delivered in accordance with the agreed contract documents.
