A Project Guardian can be appointed to assemble the right project team at the outset or to remain involved as the client’s design guardian throughout the project. We begin by developing a detailed understanding of the client’s tastes, priorities and ambitions to produce a clear project brief, then identify the architects, interior designers, contractors and specialist consultants best suited to deliver it from RedBook’s carefully vetted network of more than 150 leading firms.
Clients are introduced to a selection of proposed firms, each of which presents its ideas for the project. We then compare and benchmark their fees, allowing the client to appoint their preferred team with all the relevant information to hand.
