Property Insights begins with an in person viewing by a member of the RedBook team, followed by top line verbal advice on likely scope, costs and programme, alongside optimised floorplans and initial project guidance.
Project Appraisals
For a more detailed assessment, our written Project Appraisals provide proposed layouts for the entire property, indicative budgets, planning and heritage considerations and a projected timeline, forming the basis for a detailed cost plan and the right project team. Tailored CGIs can also be included to illustrate the proposed redesign.
