During the length of the project, one of RedBook’s in-house architects will act as a hands-on advisor for as long as you desire. Typically, this is until contractor tenders are issued, from which point the project manager takes over; however, we can be on standby, including until completion, if required. 

This ensures that many of the pitfalls of undertaking a significant property project are avoided at the front end.

We ensure that you are supported through the project, from managing site surveys to handling consultants’ invoices and producing monthly progress reports.
