RedBook is delighted to announce the appointment of two ‘projects managers’ to its growing team. Stuart Ashford and Emma Cook bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the business as it continues to grow its portfolio of high-value residential and commercial projects under the umbrella of its Projects Team, headed by Philip Wright.
“I’m excited to embrace my new role as a Projects Manager at RedBook,” says Stuart. “I’ve worked in the delicate context of Conservation Areas, National Parks and listed buildings and this experience, combined with my RIBA and RTPI-certified academic footing, stand me in good stead to help Redbook navigate the complexities and sensitivities of the planning system.
“I’m particularly excited about the prospect of developing our reach into overseas markets and strengthening our rapport with existing and prospective clients and Partners.”
With projects ranging from property extensions and refurbishments in London to large hotel schemes in Europe under her belt, Emma joins Redbook with the necessary skills and know-how to hit the ground running.
“I gained a First in Interior Architecture and Design at Nottingham Trent University and went on to work in a number of impressive studios on projects including the new Renzo Piano-designed Paddington Square for a corporate client.
“While studying, I earned a Sustainability in Practice certification and have developed keen interest in the philosophy of human interaction in spaces. At Redbook, we’re aiming to become a ‘Green Influencer’ and I’m excited about working with the talented team to leave a RedBook-shaped footprint in the world of luxury sustainability.”
Redbook CEO Tom Adams says he’s thrilled to welcome Stuart and Emma to the RedBook family. “Their experience, expertise, and passion for architecture and design are perfect fits for our growing team and culture,” adds Tom. “We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and innovative solutions, and Stuart and Emma will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision.”
