We offer two options for clients considering a property purchase or sale.
Our Property Insights involve one of the RedBook team viewing the property in person and providing top-line verbal advice to the vendor, selling/buying agent or client regarding the estimated costs and timelines involved, along with optimised floorplans and general project advice.
Our written Project Appraisals dig deeper into the details to highlight the possibilities of an unmodernised property.
First, it sets out top-line considerations about the property in an executive summary.
Then, it provides improved layouts for the entire property, indicative budgets, a planning and heritage appraisal and a timeline for the project.
We can also include bespoke renderings, in the form of CGIs, of the proposed redesign to help bring the project to life.
